Description: Marcus and Mike have to confront new issues (career changes and midlife crises), as they join the newly created elite team AMMO of the Miami police department to take down the ruthless Armando Armas, the vicious leader of a Miami drug cartel.

Meanwhile, the dangerous Isabel Aretas escapes from a Mexican prison and plots with her son Armando Aretas to kill the people responsible for arresting he husband that died in prison. Armando tries to kill Mike Lowrey but he survives. When he recovers, he decides to hunt down Armando with the support of Marcus and the AMMO led by Rita.
